1. Back in 2017, David Schwartz tweeted that it doesn’t make any sense for XRP to be “dirt cheap”.  If the global financial system were to run using XRP, it could take a huge volume of tokens to move large sums of money. 1. 2017년에 David Schwartz는 XRP가 "매우 싸다"는 것이 말이 안 된다고 트윗했습니다. 글로벌 금융 시스템이 XRP를 사용하여 운영된다면 많은 양의 돈을 이동하기 위해 엄청난 양의 토큰이 필요할 수 있습니다.

 

2. The global financial system seeks efficiency and stability.  A high price for XRP with low volatility is in the best interests of the large banks and institutions that move money.  It is more efficient to move large sums of money if the value of XRP is very high. 3. The model that XRPLion built is a collateralization model that looks forward many years ahead to address potential concerns. 4. If ALL THE MONEY - present and future - were stored and transacted on the XRPL, the price per token would have to be very high to provide adequate coverage. 5. ALL THE MONEY is an interesting topic as there are vast sums of wealth, including huge quantities of gold, that the general public unaware of. 6. However, calculating the exact total isn’t as important as understanding that a very high price benefits the banking system relative to one that is too low. 7. Why?  Let’s say that the assumption of ALL THE MONEY moving on the XRPL is correct, and that XRP becomes the world reserve currency. 8. And then one day, a few years from now, space explorers discover an asteroid full of precious metals (palladium, lithium) that needs to be tokenized on the XRPL.
