Somehow, they still haven't gotten the message: they lost on everything that matters. Ripple, the crypto industry, and the rule of law have already prevailed.  While we'll fight in court for as long as we need, let's be clear: XRP’s status as a non-security is the law of the land today - and that does not change even in the face of this misguided - and infuriating - appeal.  (Remember, when the SEC tried unsuccessfully to file an “interlocutory appeal” they made clear they had no intention of challenging XRP’s status as a non-security.) Let's goooo 여러분, 진정하세요. #SEC는 8월 24일 벌금/돈에 대한 판결에 대해서만 항소하고, #XRP의 증권 상태에 대해서는 항소하지 않습니다. 이건 엄청 강세입니다. Bitwise ETF가 제출된 것도 당연하죠.  시작해요

By the way, the appeal is only for the fine ruled in August 2024 and NOT to overturn last year's XRP non-security status. 그런데 항소는 2024년 8월에 판결된 벌금에 대해서만 항소하고, 작년의 XRP 비증권 상태를 뒤집기 위한 것이 아닙니다.
