WrathofKahneman@WKahneman · Nov 14 Re: XRP ETF -  We have evidence on a state website but counter evidence vouched for by a prominent journalist.  Which is more reliable? 2 things to consider: 1) An ETF is a process. Could it be a first step, not existent yet? 2) XRP price spike confuses the issue, not confirms. 3) If the Delaware record was fake; why? 4) It's not real until the SEC says so - check there. In this instance, I'm inclined to believe the journalist given how easy it is to jam stuff through electronic submissions. Also, in order to apply, you must have TWO notorized witnesses & the Grantor MUST sign the documents, as well as registered agents verifying identify of client before serving as their agent to file.
