XRP is capturing the attention of notable institutions, with three companies announcing plans to buy and hold it as a strategic treasury asset in a single day. Although the performance of the broader crypto market has been below expectations this week, XRP enthusiasts took comfort in the news that three companies have embraced XRP as a treasury asset. It started with a May 28 announcement from Ault Capital Group (ACG), a subsidiary of Hyperscale Data, which disclosed its intentions to add XRP to its balance sheet. According to the announcement, ACG aims to purchase $10 million worth of XRP by the end of this year to support its expansion into financial services. The acquired XRP will be classified as a cryptocurrency asset on ACG’s balance sheet and marked to its fair market value at the end of each reporting period. Changes in the value of ACG’s XRP holdings will be in the company’s operating expenses on the consolidated statement of operations. Shortly after, ACG announced plans to launch an XRP lending platform for NYSE-listed companies. The move would allow NYSE-listed companies to borrow a fixed amount of XRP as a loan. Scheduled to launch by Q3 2025, the lending initiative will be backed by ACG’s XRP reserve. Meanwhile, on May 28, Nasdaq-listed VivoPower International disclosed its transformation into the world’s first XRP-focused enterprise. This transformational journey saw the firm raise $121 million via a private placement led by Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia. While enthusiasts were celebrating these incredible milestones, AI-focused company Webus International announced plans for a non-equity financing of up to $300 million to create an XRP strategic reserve. The announcement came a few hours after VivoPower signaled its intention to acquire XRP as a treasury asset. Webus will utilize the XRP reserve to facilitate global payments, leveraging the asset’s utility in cross-border settlements. In addition to establishing a strategic XRP reserve, it will use part of the funds to accelerate its global expansion and develop an effective blockchain infrastructure. On May 8, Wellgistics Health announced a $50 million credit facility to create a strategic XRP reserve. Alex Caraco@888ALX · May 30 Great news but the price of XRP continues to fall as the article says “ intention to acquire “ . Great step forward but there is no timeline as to when they will buy and the amounts tally to around Half a Billion in value in the future and similar to futures XRP is great but nobody actually buys anything in the future markets.  These assertions by well intentioned Companies and Pro XRP  Supporters are admirable but won’t lead to any shortage as I presume they can buy direct from Ripple and not the retail hubs unless they do a specific deal.  If I was one of these companies I would make an effort to buy from multiple sources similar to dollar averaging for retailers.  Sounds promising but I don’t see any reason why an imminent surge is warranted unless ETFs are approved which bring in $Billions of demand for XRP. So it’s back to  waiting for the case to end so ETFs get approved and adoption/supply causes demand.  No amount of hyping the scenario will change the price just yet but as most of influencers say you may just wake up one day to a huge increase in price should the SEC / Ripple / Courts end the legal saga.  Still at that point there is no reason for a rally until ETFs are approved and fully over subscribed . That’s my opinion only not wanting to sound negative but that’s the Reality. 좋은 소식이지만, 기사에서 "인수 의향"이라고 언급했듯이 XRP 가격이 계속 하락하고 있습니다. 좋은 진전이지만, 언제 매수할지에 대한 일정은 없으며, 향후 매수 규모는 약 5억 달러에 달할 것으로 예상됩니다. 선물 시장과 마찬가지로 XRP는 훌륭하지만, 미래 시장에서는 실제로 매수하는 사람이 거의 없습니다.  선의의 기업과 XRP 지지자들의 이러한 주장은 훌륭하지만, 특정 거래를 하지 않는 한 리플에서 직접 구매할 수 있고 소매 허브에서는 구매할 수 없기 때문에 부족 현상은 발생하지 않을 것입니다.  제가 이런 기업 중 하나라면 소매업체의 달러 평균 매수 방식과 유사하게 여러 공급원에서 매수하려고 노력할 것입니다. 유망해 보이지만, 수십억 달러 규모의 XRP 수요를 유발하는 ETF가 승인되지 않는 한, 급등이 불가피하다고 생각합니다. 따라서 ETF 승인 및 도입/공급이 수요를 유발할 때까지 소송이 종결될 때까지 기다리는 수밖에 없습니다. 이 시나리오에 대한 과장된 홍보는 아직 가격을 바꾸지 못할 것입니다. 하지만 대부분의 인플루언서들이 말했듯이 SEC/리플/법원이 법적 소송을 종결시키면 어느 날 갑자기 가격이 크게 상승할 수도 있습니다.  그 시점에서는 ETF가 승인되고 완전히 초과 가입될 때까지는 상승할 이유가 없습니다. 제 의견일 뿐이며 부정적인 말을 하고 싶지는 않지만, 현실은 그렇습니다.
